Project modules - Menu items
Menu - Strategy or Booked
All projects are listed in lifecycle based Project Pool (Strategy, Booked), which can be accessed by clicking Strategy or Booked menu: ALL Projects.
MY Projects: Just list projects where you are owner (Sales responsible).
Both options will open the Project Pool, which is showing grouped cards by customer and selected IHS data or project business.
Project Pool design and layout is identical for all users and lifecycle phases.
If you want to list all projects independent from lifecycle phase, reset filters
Filters in Pool (also in Reports): Use filters to reduce content to selected criteria (e.g. by customer, brand if linked to market, plant, product,...)
New Strategy, New Booked - Create new project with preselected lifecycle phase. Select customer, product and link to IHS data.
Well, that's it for the beginning. You can now start to explore DA by yourself or directly use the following guide to create a new Strategy or Booked project.
If you have questions please contact Robert directly for support.
Thanks for your attention.
