Leadership 360 is a tool to give feedback to superiors every Quarter
The feedback sesaon is active from the first until 20th day of a new quarter and each DA user with a leadersip role receives an inviitaion to give feedback to direct suprtior (if Manager, Director, EVP or Board) or give feedback to colleauges who requested this feedback.
All feedback are anonymous and cannot be backtracked to the originator.
