Update information for Company Admins
Additional user management features are now available:
Manage allowed domains for handling users
User Pool View split (Default Active Users / All users)
User Export option (All users / Active users)
Remove deactivated users from Pool (cannot be undone!)
Mass role changes (Multi user selection)
Overwrite existing roles or
add roles to selected users
Edit user in new tab/window (right mouse click)
More features are planned and will be implemented in an later release.
Create / edit user
Easy user creation process - manage new users in few steps with minimum required data
username, first and last name
only if modules GOALS and Leadership are in use; add organization data
provide roles to user
save new user, account activation mail is automatically sent to user
user is shown in pool after next page reloadfreset password for active user next to name possible (user can reset password on Login page as well)
User Pool features
Export user data to .csv format (Excel)
Manage domains (enter allowed domains for which user can be created and are shown)
Show all or only active users
Activate / deactivate users immediately
Remove inactive users from user pool (cannot be undone)
Assign roles for selected users
Company admin has the option either to overwrite existing roles or add roes to available roles for many user at the same time (mass change).
Select more than one user (will be listed at the beginning of list then)
click to assign roles
select required possible roles and move to current roles and decide to
overwrite all available roes for selected users or
keep current and add new roles to users available roles
