New features released (2025.8.1)

DA provides some new and improved features in different modules. Your company admin will be instructed about details and will help users to become familiar with the updates. Here is a short summary.

1) Report Enhancement Strategy Growth Target

• Group chart by different attributes

• Show values either in table or bars

2) Project attributes become Custom fields

We extend the option to add custom fields now

• in any selected Project workflow and position

• with additional attribute types (dropdown, text, reporting relevance and many more)

• with availability in selected lifecycle phases (Strategy, Acquisition, Booked)

• with easy configuration in settings by Customer Admin / DA KeyUser

Your Benefits: Flexible customization of Project workflow content in addition to standard datafields.

3) Acquisition module

• Create Quote to customer - Configurable unique Quote ID

And planned vor the next Patch within the next two weeks:

• Provide individual created RFQ ID in Project Definition as

• Takeover as Quote ID with added Quote version for easier identification in Pools and Reports and communication with customer.
  e.g.: RFQ ID: A20251234 --> Quote-ID: A20251234V01, A20251234V02

• ID will be additionally saved in Booked Project after nomination.

4) System updates and improvements

• Booked Price analysis Report - Improved project disaggregation

• Updates to DA-API - Interface

• Base version of Excel template mapping option to build customer specific downloads (e.g. Quotes, Summary sheets)
